Circumventing the Profile Manager
In rare cases, adding a profile in the Profile Manager may not work properly.
However, SNH still allows you to harvest profiles by logging in via the integrated browser.
- Create a case.
- As soon as the Profile Manager opens, close it again immediately.
- Now, log into the respective network via the website’s login function.
- In the main menu -> Options, switch from “Rotation” to “Single”.
Now the SNH harvesting functions should work without issue.
If the Profile Manager is opened following a harvest, it can simply be closed.
